Coaching

Who are you becoming?

Coaching is not focused on developing what you can do as much as who you are being and becoming. If you want to develop your effectiveness as a leader, it may require some new skills, but more so, expanding your capacity in areas such as self-awareness, authenticity, and compassion. In life and leadership, we all have our own ideas and perspectives. Growth means you expand those ideas and perspectives, and that’s not easy to do on your own. Sometimes you need someone else to listen to you, bounce ideas off of, and be challenged by to be able to see new possibilities for yourself and those you lead.

What will coaching be like? A space to breathe and pause, a place to listen, and an opportunity to decide on a next step forward, around or through your challenges. Interested in a complementary session to try it out? Contact us.

Breathe.

Yes, in coaching, we will literally practice inhaling and exhaling. Our minds, bodies and spirits are vitally interconnected, and the ways we disconnect them in stress can inhibit growth and well-being. Breathing allows us to slow down, pause. It gives way to better listening.

Listen.

Listening is so much more than what we hear or read in someone’s body language. We can grow in a myriad of ways to deepen our attentiveness to others and ourselves, our physiology, and our spiritual senses. Listening allows us to take new perspectives. It gives way to wisdom for your next step.

Discover your next step.

Getting unstuck or determining a next step in the right direction can be a valuable outcome of a coaching engagement. You will be equally supported and challenged to dig deep to your core convictions and move with confidence into who you are becoming.
